山西长韩新能源科技有限公司,隶属于山西恒升昌集团旗下全资子公司,组建于20124月,注册资金1亿人民币,主营新能源产品技术开发、技术咨询、技术服务;太阳能光伏设备销售、安装等。公司组建了由中韩两国专家为骨干的技术研发团队,经过技术攻关成功研发出了有突破性的锂电池负极新材料——纳米硅负极材料(属于碳硅混合物新型负极材料),是对目前锂电池行业广泛使用的石墨等负极材料的理想替代产品。

Shanxi Changhan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanxi Hengshengchang Group, was established in April 2012, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, mainly engaged in technical development, technical consultation and technical service of new energy products sales and installations of Solar photovoltaic equipment and so on. The company has set up a technical research and development team with experts from China and South Korea as the backbone, and has successfully developed a kind of new anode material as a breakthrough of lithium battery--nano silicon anode material belonging to a new anode material of mixture of carbon-silicon through technical research and development. It is an ideal substitute for graphite and other anode materials widely used in lithium battery industry.

(一)项目内容

I Project Contents

1.项目建设选址在示范区潇河产业园区,本项目生产纳米硅负极材料(属于碳硅混合物新型负极材料)可以代替石墨材料。特斯拉发布的Model 3就采用了硅碳负极作为动力电池新材料。通过在人造石墨中加入10的硅基材料,特斯拉让电池容量达到了550mAh/g以上,电池能量密度可达300wh/kg。该项目生产的碳硅负极新材料已超越特斯拉,电池容量达到600-800mAh/g,电池能量密度可达350wh/kg以上。

1. The project was sited at Xiaohe industrial park in the demonstration zone the production of nano-silicon anode materials belonging to a new anode material of mixture of carbon-silicon can replace graphite materials. The Model 3 released by Tesila uses carbon-silicon anode as a new material for power batteries. By adding 10 silicon-based materials to artificial graphite, Tesila enabled the battery to have a capacity of above 550mAh/g and have an energy density of up to 300wh/kg. The new material of carbon-silicon negative electrode produced by this project has surpassed that of Tesila. The capacity of the battery has reached 600mAh-800mAh / g, and the energy density of the battery can be more than 350wh/kg.

2.项目建设内容及规模:项目申请用地130亩,建设研发中心及负极材料生产线。

(二)项目投资估算:项目总投资162800万元。拟引162800万元。
